I’ve been a director and designer for more than twenty years, working on everything from startups to international ad campaigns. I come from marketing, design and music. I’ve DJed and produced since I was 14.
Pastich3 is where I work without a brief. It’s a character I made so I could practice different art styles, genres and mediums and get better at them. I do it without a client or creative director deciding what’s good.
The experiments are real
Each project here starts as a question, like what happens if I push this style, this palette or this sound further than a client would let me? I don’t stop at the sketch. I finish it, and then I make it. You can buy it, wear it, hang it or play it.
I do that on purpose, for three reasons:
• Real stakes sharpen craft. A finished product has to hold up in someone’s hands, not just on my screen.
• Taste needs an audience. Putting an experiment on sale tells me honestly what connects and what doesn’t.
• Nothing is filler. Every piece answers a specific question. If I can’t say what I was testing, it doesn’t ship.
How the shop works
Small, deliberate drops. I release pieces when they’re ready, not on a content calendar.
• Each piece has a note. Every product page says what the experiment was, what influenced it and what I learned: [style or era], [medium], [technique].
• Music runs through all of it. Each design connects to a playlist or listening guide on ListenToPastich3, so you can hear what shaped the piece.
• Some experiments fail in public. Not everything will be a hit, and I think that’s the point.
Why “Pastich3”?
A pastiche borrows, blends and reinterprets. Everything here comes from work I love, pushed until it becomes something of my own.
When you buy something from Pastich3, you’re buying a finished experiment. You’re also funding the next one.
